Sometimes we skip our meal due to heavy work load. So, because of these several reasons we generally get many Common health issues. So, to keep our self physical active and good health we should follow these rules :-

  1. Physical activity and Nutrition

  5. Access to Health Care

1)Physical activity and Nutrition:-

It is very necessary for us to keep ourselves physically active and should have proper nutrition to keep our self health. So we should follow these things-

  • We should get At least 6-8 hours of sleep each night.
  • We should never skip our meals. If we skip our meal it slows down our metabolism rate and can cause weight gain.
  • Always try to eat healthy food. Avoid fried foods, soft drinks and sweets. Try to have fruits and green, fresh Vegetables in your daily diet.
  • Avoid heavy dose of alcoholic drink and the use of drug.
  • Wake up early and do yoga or exercise everyday. Even if you do at least 30 minutes of walking three times a day in a week and only doing this much will improve your health a lot.

2)Overweight and Obesity-

It can be defined as abnormal or excessive fact accumulation that may impair your health Overweight increases due to physical inactivity and increased intake of foods that have high fat and sugar. It increases due to change in physical activity patterns and dietary. Due to overweight and obesity there are many health consequences diseases take place in human body. To reduce overweight and obesity :-

  • We should limit those foods which have fats and sugar.
  • We should have more of green vegetables and fresh fruits and should follow a healthy diet.
  •  Should give at least 60 minutes in regular physical activity and have a healthy lifestyle.

The food industry can also play a very vital and important role in providing a healthy dirt to the population by:-

  • Ensuring that all healthy and nutrition food items are available at cheap and affordable price.
  • Restrict those items which have high rate of fats and sugar which are basically more in demand by the children and youngsters.
  • The industries can reduce the almost of fat, sugar and salt content in there food products.

3)Mental Health-

It refers emotional, behavioral, physiological and social well- beings. Our mental health depends on how we feel, behave, think and react in any situation. Even it also decides that how we are going to handle the stress, depression or anxiety and what choice and decision we make.

In the course of life if we have any mental health problems then it affects the overall lifestyle of a person and disrupt a person’s routine.
